Yes, I totally agree that this is a good announcement. While not completely walking away it looks as though PSY are now the ones playing hardball as they do not want to do the wrong thing to current shareholders & accept what is probably a low ball offer in comparison to market sentiment.

I'm guessing that whoever the "investor" is they will most likely increase their offer or lose out to someone else.

Remember the price decreased in anticipation of the investor announcement..those in the "know" must have had some idea on the price & thought that the board would accept rather than walk away.
