If they accepted a proposal that was below market, everyone would be on here complaining about the big boys getting in cheap, dilution, told you so, etc etc. They walk away from a deal that wasnt any good they still get criticised with i told you so's, look out belows, etc etc. Now, who am i going to trust? A management team ex-cisco with tremendous experience OR HC posters????
That being said,i'm not overly exposed to this stock only have a small carry trade at the moment, looking to increase after initial market reaction. Long term, this looks the goods.
