A better strategy perhaps could have been to not announce anything until there was something actually to announce. That way credibility would be building.
This is the 2nd time something odd has happened with PSY announcements, the first was 15 min of trading allowed before cap raising announcement. Hopefully its just lessons learnt along the way.
Sentiment is now buy though, as I think the company will get the partnership they are seeking on their terms.
