Apropos to that certain "broking company, who propagated a CDU shareprice of $1, it is interesting to note that I have written over a dozen letters both to ASIC, and the Commissioner of Police, NSW Police Force; and many other letters on the subject to people in Authority.
Not one has ever replied back to me and mentioned the name of the broking company despite the fact that I asked for a forensic investigation to be made, as the document was unsigned and undated, and circulated to subscribers at the time of the JORC announcement for CuDeco on the 18th August, 2010.
In the case of ASIC, two officers of that organisation spoke to me on a Conference Telephone call for over 30 minutes and would not have a bar of talking about the claims I was endeavouring to make. Everyone seems to be scared stiff to even mention the name of the broking company from all levels of enquiry that I have undertaken to get an investigation into the matter. Problem appears to be too hard to tackle for some unbeknown reason.
I have submitted the matter to the Senate Inquiry into ASIC and I hope to have my day in Court with them, especially on this matter. I understand that the Senate Inquiry have requested the Chairman of ASIC, Mr. Greg Medcraft, to attend the Senate Inquiry proceedings in February and not be out of Australia.
I am confident that the Senate Inquiry will look into this matter at long last.
Your $1 hopeful CDU share price is fanciful in my opinion.
