Thanks guys for all your suggestions. I know how to 'printscreen', insert into a word doc and crop etc, but no capacity to save that image as anything other than a page in the word doc, so it seems from right clicking or anything else. Have looked for Snipping tool in Accessories but can't find. Problem might be that I'm still using Windows Neanderthal and Word Neanderthal (which is way faster for editing Word docs than Windows 2007 or newer). But I'll keep playing around to see what I come up with. 41 degrees where I am and no aircon (just an old fashioned fan and wet towel!), but loving it.
Any thoughts on the 'absolute' versus 'relative' use of data as in my previous post?
