Agreed Wembly, to me that is the hole point. Management has knocked back what must be a lower ball offer to market. They recently did a cap raise so they surely don't need any more money just yet? They must have some idea of the value that this baby should be & hence the knock back. I can't help but think there must also be other potential customers knocking at the door or they are confident the share price will appreciate.
I don't want to rant but that is what my gut feeling is telling me. I really do think this company is on the verge of something special but then again I have been wrong before. At first i was buying & selling on a daily basis but now I will sit & see where the ride takes me setting the appropriate stop loss.
