re: dreamers!!!!!! On the surface the deal sounds good but not enough information for me to make a buying decision. I would have thouhgt it normal to negotiate a deal/price first and then make it subject to due diligence. What happens to the $1m if the other party refuse all offers presented to it? There doesnt appear to be any commitment for them to sell.
If there are conditions attached to the $1m (and it is to be hoped there are) then these should have been disclosed in the announcement so that investors could make a more informed decision.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
