People have been looking for the next TOX. I think ORT might be the closest. The council agreed to put $1m in for 10% interest in the project implying valuation of the projet at $10m (am I right?). At current share price of 10c the market cap of ORT is just about $10m, meaning buying in now is to get in on the ground floor.
