Farm out process is moving along "as expeditiously as it needs to".
Personally I believe OEL would be able to GO IT ALONE ON sc55, but after listening to the OEL CEO on BRR I am confident that they will find a partner.
The BRR report i.e what was said, also gives me more confidence that the transfer of SC55 to OEL and approval of a new work program by DOE is more likely to happen than not happen.
