Ponzi Scheme , by definition is a fraudulent scheme. That the Aussie market is not . Anyone using this term should be required to define why it is fraudulent in the strict sense of the term otherwise they are just attempting to derail mature discussion.
Bubble is another word altogether and over used imo.
