    IB don't exactly have a reputation for good customer service. Granted you may not have had problems but that doesn't mean many others haven't.

    I also don't favour them as an ASX broker, their AFSR licence is on par with most CFD providers. Out of curiosity are you able to place orders in the match with IB?
