I've needed to phone IB customer services about half a dozen times over the years, never had a problem with them always found them professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

And neither have any of the other traders within our little pool who all use IB as well.

However as you state, maybe many others havent but that goes for every broker, financial institution etc..

Match you mean Midpoint Match Orders? Far as I understand for IB think it's only supported on US Markets.

Though I'd have to check.

AFSR?

Assume that's a typo and you mean AFSL. What issues do you have with their licence?
