Your reported about RED5's innocent mistakes at the AGM

Some innocent mistakes?

RED previously, had given timely guide lines (prior to you) albeit not to the shareholders delight.

However, 2013 has been a vacuum (in RED5'S announcements), the non-disclosure of why the dam failed in 2013 took about 7 months for YOU to say unashamedly at the AGM it was "An Innocent Mistake"

It took some serious research by the little guys to find the entire truth and as I suggested when the dam failed, dams do not fail (see my research in to dam failures I'm sure you may have read them, as you read this) because of nature. It failed during your tenure ship, it did indeed!

Prior to the dam failure YOU decommissioned the main tailings dam for a bigger ROM pad, leaving the site with no redundancy plan, and in effect shutting the mine down.

The consequences, (in no particular order)

1) RED5 went back to the market for another $50 mil to fix innocent mistakes

2) RED5 has a CDO in place because of innocent mistakes and the rescinding of the CDO has no timeline

3) RED5 want to build a new dam (as a result of an innocent mistake), but do not own the soil to build it on, ...

This is the entire truth

Mr Norregaard it is under your tenure ship that the Market Cap of RED5 has imploded because of these innocent mistakes
