That is one calculation based upon the random association of the atoms. But there are other calculations which are based upon the formation of much smaller sub-units (amino acids), and then the association of the amino acids into proteins. This gives a much lower, entirely feasible probability.
A bit like monkeys typing Shakespere. Every time a complete word is typed, it is separated and another monkey randomises the different words until Shakesperian sentences are formed, which another monkey randomises into plays.
