re: News: Otto Energy December 2013 Quarterly... Fair enough Red Baron….but if they have accomplished the dreamed of success with the first well…..you'd think that project finance….beholden on all partners…would cover the second well and likely, development….
Have to admit I am a bit nervous about the drive of OEL to make this SC55 happen….I think the odds are much better with Duhat and Galoc North…..Maybe I'm wrong….but deep-down….I doubt it. They are too intensely playing the Filipino game and not chasing better and cheaper targets….Just my opinion….
