I think the fact my shares were purchased 8 years ago, and the fact I am not selling them in the foreseeable future I'm in the clear.

Personally I think a T/O offer would be good publicity and have a positive effect on the sp short term. But long term It's in our interest that UNS see through there plans all the way to the end.
