I cant see it being more then that, the plant is useless to anyone else.

from scoping study their mine capex was $10m and the plant purchase $4m plus add $6m contingencies = $20m to get it to producing 100Koz - they only need $12m debt funding or a JV to come in to fund it for a 10 or 20% equity stake in the project and away they go to making $50m profit per year at least.

massive upside....
