Your post was very much appreciated by me and I thank you.

I should explain my reasons for speaking out .
Firstly, I was in a position to not only observe PH' performance at the AGM but, to meet and speak with him at the conclusion of the meeting.He approached me and introduced himself.
Now, he came across as being a very nice gentleman.
After reading his curriculum vitae, his expertise appears to be on the technical side of the operation. That expertise no doubt will be advantageous for Mel in the future.

However, does Ph have the skill set for undertaking solid and tough negotiations with State and Local Government, etc. Forget about the The Nimbin Hairies, those pesky women who call them selves The knitting Nannas
and any other rabble rousers. The long arm of the law no doubt, will be engaged to chase them.

Personally, I think PH is too nice. This debacle is in the too hard basket for him.

I would like to see a hardselll, whiz bang tough professional negotiator who , is like a dog with a big juicy bone that it is not going to give up on, be appointed.

Some one to chew up and spit out the obstacles who are instrumental in
preventing Mel moving to the next stage.
Mel is traveling a long, hard, complex and rough journey fraught with obstacles at this point in time.

The above is my take on the situation.
