From a BESBS perspective, it appears there is still plenty of time to jump on board.
Major farminee not yet secured
Rig tender not called yet.
Still a possibility it wont ever go ahead, ie relinquishment of permit due to OEL not meeting DOE deadline.
I'll wait for now.
