Interesting point re fund-raising. Maybe they don't need to embark on fund-raising for Seafarms, only for the bigger prawn farming deal, and i'd imagine it not happening at a discount at all i.e. some combination arrangement that enables them a stake and perhaps a strategic holding in COZ by the bigger party - I can't see Trahar doing any silly equity deal without it being linked to the bigger development. Just my view of course
