Someone is moving 3.5 M shares around on the sell side. (was at 4.6c now at 4.5c)
There is also someone using little trades to bump the last trade price back down a notch. Presumably the same entity.
It's not like they are going to be able to trigger any more automated stop losses unless they more actively push it down.
