1. cash could be up because they may not have paid their suppliers fully, so acc payables increased temporarily, or it can be they received some pre-payments for their service, they have received grants in 2013.
2. I mentioned at the end of last year to 3500 that new tech would be slow to make money, and I still hold that view for the full 2014 CY.
3. I have doubts in management's ability to provide guidance too, that's why I didnt buy at the end of last year..
