Add the other points that Oil is heading down to the 40s, that Copper will soon come off its highs AND the yield that BHP are offering is pathetic. There is only one way that the SP is going to move.
You also asked me to tell when I short BHP - I have done so @ $21.85.
So if I am wrong you can throw that at me too.
