MF - i don't even know where to begin with a response to such an imbecilic post.
A. you don't even know what i own... yet i will "probably lose $$"? thats no different to saying that someone who invested in SOMETHING on the stock exchange is probably going to lose money. also, last time i checked it wasn't falling. especially where i bought. but yeah... you're probably right since all the banks are going to collapse LOL. B. since buying and renovating myself i have increased the value approx 10 - 15% right off the bat. free money. it didn't cost me a single sent in fees etc to purchase as a FHB (i lie, it wound up costing me $300ish).
so how exactly am ruining my life? i'd love to compare ourselves in 30 - 40 years.
