Its alright Quack, the fringe is the place to be, I am with you, where its safe. By default, if you are not a bull, you are a bear, and if you are a bear, by default again you are calling for a 50% crash. And if you were once a bull, but now a bear, you are decried as full of bull%$%$ for you are never allowed to change views no matter what ... apparently.
Bulls are angry people that don't cope well with anyone opposing their views, unfortunately, not coming from rural backgrounds they don't realise what happens when there are too many bulls in the paddock. A pretty good analogy for what is happening in property right now actually ....
