    I can't post it because its an adobe acrobat file and i can't copy.
    I also just found the intrepid minerals conference call for the analysts at http://www.vcall.com/IC/CEPage.asp?ID=99013
    It has both ceo's from both companies explaining the rationale for the merger and was very interesting!
