And Citi wouldn't know their ass if it was on fire! You may recall that they couldn't even run their own business properly - they needed a bail out from the US Govt in the GFC.
As per my usual philosophy, I don't put ANY credence on analysts' valuations, predictions, or recommendations, at all. Neither bullish ones nor bearish ones. They haven't a clue.
