I was waiting for someone to ask me , "what possible reason would GE delay the start of their laser enrichment just to satisfy the DoE.s requirements"?
I can think of TWO VERY GOOD REASONS!
One is that the DoE grants GE a LOAN GUARANTEE,
The other reason is that the DOE grants them TWO LOAN GUARANTEES!
I could be wrong on this? but stranger things have happened and will continue to happen imho.
