Vince, as you seem to have an insight into the reasons why these companies have invested, perhaps you may know why ELM have delayed the Tranche 3 payment and why there has been no mention why the tranche 4 payment due on the 8th January apparently has not been paid. I recall ELM, a company created purely for providing the finance to CTO, had done very little due diligence.

It certainly surprises me that larger miners like xstrata or OZL have not shown interest in "the largest major high grade gold deposit in Australia"
