I recall that FMG and WFE (or CAZ) may already have an agreement covering any encroachment of infrastructure or future rail in the northern part of the tenement. The rail alignments and miscellaneous transport routes are dealt with separately and still require environmental and traditional owner approvals. I'm confident the FMG alignment is still live. There are some other alignments in the central Pilbara near WFE such as an 'older' Robe River Iron Assoc (RIO JV) rail alignment which could still be live.

FMG's three hub plan included a rail line from Solomon to the western Pilbara where they have IO resources (Flying Fish and Eliwana). FMG also have the Mt MacLeod deposit, high grade material immediately adjacent / west of WFE Hamersley project, and south of Solomon; from infomine.com
"The Mount MacLeod initial Inferred of 121 Mt has also contributed to the overall total resource, as well as 1,000 Mt of initial Inferred from the new Nyidinghu project
35 km south of the FMG Cloudbreak operation
and 624 Mt of Inferred at an average grade of
58.7% Fe from Eliwana and Flying Fish deposits
    in Western Hub."

I would expect Mt MacLeod to be developed at some stage given the good grade and sent through Solomon OPF's. IMO The WFE ore could also go the same way!
