getting philips across the line, or not, page-25

Mjc.. they have been working with them for a long time now.. not just recently.. from that 2012 newsletter they have worked with Philips since 2008 .. clearly they have not made an impact as the device is still not on the market... just saying...

It is still a possibility that they might be the ones taking over from BioM since march.. i wont discount that...

Also we must not forget that BioM deal was for them to market the product for Philips and develop the assays.. to they may still be part of it come March... on the other hand.. if Philips decide to recoup some $$$ they might have to pay to ADO via royalties (should we be involved).. they may terminate that deal and do it themselves.. again just speculating and could also be a reason why things are quiet .. March 2014 should hold some interested ann from Philips in this regard.... they have a lot to think about...
