PEI should never have been put in liquidation, Armstrong has been held in jail for 6 years for contempt of court & never tried or convicted of anything. The whole case against PEI/Armstrong has no substance or jurisdiction & will inevitably fall over soon then action will commence back against the US Govt & various insolvency sc%m worldwide - London/BWI liqidator, Ghosh, is playing it safe. Once Armstrong is back in control CTO Directors/shareholders will receive no mercy on debt which emanated out of PEI fund facility & PEI being screwed out of its CTO shareholding
