Facts:
Kpc stated 2 years ago that they were working closely with ASIC to produce a prospectus and relist. 2 years later they produce a prospectus that is immediately knocked back by ASIC. Obviously they have not been working closely with ASIC as stated. If they had SH interest in mind and were working closely with ASIC (as commented by them),we would be trading as I speak.
