The issue tends to be that we are now adding drugs into an alcohol charged environment that don't make you want to eat copious numbers of garlic sauce kebabs and/or have a nap i.e. happy drugs like mull and ectasy.

The synthetic drugs like ice plus alcohol are an dangerous mix, one which the US has faced for many more years and failed miserably to handle.

This is notwithstanding that most US jurisdictions have a more potent legal system & cops that aren't in fear of manhandling miscreants.

The answer, who knows but it simply can't be allowed to continue unchecked and any plan that has the support of medical groups, the police and the general public at large must be given a go (and I am convinced that Barry has this support).
