Hey Stewart - there's always a potential CR in the future, but in the document Pixie referred to it defines a non-deal roadshow:
"non-deal road shows... are meetings or presentations put together by a company to potential investors, without a specific offering being planned"
My suspicion is that Prana wants to shout great results from the rooftop and wants to make sure as many people as possible are listening. The more people taking notice, the more (quantuty and quality) offers big pharma will make, and the better position Prana is in to maximise value for shareholders.
