re: Ann: AEU: Becoming a substantial holder f... Yeah Jannie, I like this stock too. When Greg Paramour got control I bought in @ 7.5c and sold all @ 9.8c with an order in to rebuy @ 9c. Didn't happen, FLK just kept going up. However liking the story that is unfolding I purchased in December @ 17c.
I got rid of my property trusts (a pain at tax time) and besides FLK I also hold CWP, & FRI which are well run, pay fully franked divs and have excellent track records over the last ten years.
