DS, I do agree with this. Stomping on someone's head is worse than a one punch knockout in my books.

Also, i don't see the need to find a special law for king hits when we already have the laws in place. Don't we already have manslaughter laws??????? Why is it we need a special law for punching? This is so wrong and it just goes to show how big of an overreaction this is.

No, i don't agree with you there DS. I strongly believe that a person should be punished more if they take a life. However, I do believe the intent should be punished more severely.
