    Disco, don't forget, in sport, we have the luxury of having video replays, which are scrutinised to grade the extent of intent with some sports having a "grade 1" as little intent going higher for more intent.

    It would be too hard to grade the intent of various punches or assaults unless we had video evidence for all of them. Therefore, without video evidence or witnesses, the extent of the intent needs to be or HAS to be judged by the result.
