No I didn't speak to the co. directly, a friend of mine with a sizable holding did.
It's a bit convoluted, there's an intermediary from the US involved also, but the money is being sourced in Singapore.
Nothing ever seems to be easy with this coy.
As for time frame I guess we're looking at weeks at least, and I don't think they will announce anything until they have something fairly solid !!!!!!!!
