Arrggghh - Same mistake - you've just ignored the $US190m (or $Aus216m) that Paladin shareholders now have in place of that 25% of LH.
LH is worth - to shareholders - 75% of its nominal value PLUS $216m cash.
You can't just ignore that couple of hundred million dollars.
And of course, you can't ignore the in-ground value of PDN's other assets, and its other holdings (eg DYL).
