AF's loan is 8m, a CR at any less than 15c will be useless as after costs there will very little left in the bank to go forward.
With 110m shares saleable it has to be that there is one black duck on the pond ready to buy in. ASX reply said talking to investors and stakeholders.
IF there is one duck he would own more than 20% maybe that could be why the discussions with stakeholders, Jeffries and AF who is over strutting his stuff with the PM.
