I think that any CR will need shareholder approval since the recent CR (in October 2013) increased the number of shares by over 20%.
So, shareholders should get a say - and obviously disapprove unless the alleged CR is on good terms for us, and I would expect that the company itself would not want to do anything as dilutive as last time.
Further to your last post Assumpta, it is interesting that the VOLUME traded today in a rising SP environment is touching on 2 million. And no news, nothing imminent (as far as us pleb shareholders know) and the general market si down. So, yes, maybe tomorrow will be a great day for GER. Let's hope it is.
