Mate what's the point. Why go to all the trouble with Lu Yang and the proving the resource at SHIP if all they want is to shaft shareholders via 3Bs. If you have such a cynical view, then you're in the wrong place IMO.

Clearly they're doing everything they can to bring about a real result. The benefit to them of having the deal in place is far greater than the peanuts they raise via 3Bs. If they get this across the line, then their salaries can double.
