The 60Mill votes out of a possible 220Mill
could have come from anybody to suggest they
came from a particular party is sheer fantasy
it could have been CDU's friends as payback
for trying to give Hutch the bullet.
The votes are a "secret" ballot and to say it was one party or another again borders on fantasy.

As for the conspiracy theory you tell me all I and others have stated was that if the Chinese got together
they have a rather large holding in CDU, large enough
in fact to influence the future of the company including
paying dividends.

At this stage CDU has 3 Chinese directors.
Oceanwide were the first investors
Mr Mah? was the representative
Naill ? was introduced and Mah jumped ship.
[difficult not to presume a connection?]
Sino also came on board with a new director.
M.S bank did the deal for funding but it seems
that one of the directors of OW is a director of
M.S. bank?.
The UW of the recent placement is also
Chinese who may or may not have connections to
any of the above who knows?
Why was Azure given the boot?
The short fall has also gone to parties with similar
names coincidence again who knows?

For the record I do not believe that a take over is
on the cards but subtle control is a strong possibility.

Not interested in conspiracies but I like to consider
any possibility that may impact on my holdings in CDU
after holding for 7 years I have learnt to
expect the unexpected although of late unfortunately
not much of it has been positive!

Why worry our fortunes are about to change
we are about to have DSO sales on the 6th Feb.
