I think the only one talking about paying AF out is the media, it is just the terms of the loan any CR he is first in line.
I also don't think they can go to the market and raise the money in 72 hours.
Someone let the cat out of the bag and caught them with their pants down before they could stitch up a deal with whoever.
Funding will follow as soon as nickel hits the magic number whatever that is.
