This is situation normal for Invion. I suppose you have to make a subjective assessment of what you think of the drugs.

Its not that Invion have 3 phase 2 trials like Morgans pointed out, its the quality of the drugs.

1) Most of them have already been safety tested multiple times. Even the riskiest, ala-CP10, has a clinical history (10 odd trials).

2) The question is efficacy in Lupus, and I think Dr Glass has made a very good bet. I'd guess he's behind this. As far as I know he's not into RA or Psiorasis. He's not an immonologist or rheumy. He's a pulmonary specialist. I bet he's seen the results from cbio, the detailed stuff, and he's made a bet on what Xtoll actually did bring to the table. Afterall CBIO was basically XToll, and Inverseon took it. Glass has a big personal share of IVX.

ala-CP10 is a whole new class of drug. It also is a Lupus killer if it works, not a partial mitigator. That's why I expect to see remarkable improvement in the test subjects if it works at all. And that means more Governments will pay for it once its approved (= more interest from the big fish).

The assets are quality and the Board is top notch. Dr Glass and CEO Greg Collier have experience with the fund raising part of biotech. They have done this before multiple times.
