Net debt is about 450 m
You guys are including the value of 57% of LH but ignoring the debt even list cash which is large . It is infact so large if you minuses that from the value of debt you will have an equity position less than half current SP
I think one needs to now focus on U price , because if you value the asset based on 75% remaining stake and minus remaining debt one will be disappointed with the per share value
