when I put up on this site that I have lost over 20k on FAS last year, I almost lost my mind. Reading the stream of nasty comments and the prolonged waiting game did not help at all.

its only by switching off and reassessing the situations helps. Going to beyond blue website and learning to beat the blues is another good one.
