This is an interesting way to convey information.
By my calculations, the company had 122k cash left at end sept qtr.
They estimated outgoings of 120k for Dec qtr.
So that leaves us with 2k dollars for the Jan-March qtr.
Not only are we almost a third of the way through the current qtr,but we are now initiating a buy back of shares (intention of 94,365,130).
Now we know that emr has 1,662,174 shares in eox(emerald oil inc - last closed at $7.90)therefore a current investment of $13,131,174.60.
With only 2 weeks till the buyback starts(7th feb) and current cash holdings exhausted.
I presume eox shares will be sold to fund ongoing cash requirements and the buyback,as other means would be counter productive.
Our new significant shareholders will significantly increase their holding percentages due to the buyback.
Lets hope the quarterly gives us significantly more direction, because at the moment all i can see are 2 entities moving towards gaining control of the company via (ultimately >50% control) and having a large cash parcel at their disposal via eox shares.
All the best.
