Posters keep ranting about ann's saying "non-dilutive" and then getting hit with a dilutive CR..

I recall the terms "reducing shareholder dilution" being used.

In fact, I think the only time they mentioned "non-dilutive" was in the BR royalties ann, referring to the 12m raised.


So, no, they did not say we're organising non-dilutive funding and then raise the whole lot in a dilutive CR.
They said they were aiming to "reduce shareholder dilution" and then did so by raising 12m in the "non-dilutive" royalty scheme and then 18.9 via CR (only a portion of this is for stage 1).

Alternatively, they could've raised the whole lot via CR.

Is this not correct?
Not sure why everyone continues to complain that management lied....
